The Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre is the largest exhibition centre in the Middle East. Along with a food court, a retail area and a handful of hotels near ADNEC, it is located just 15 minutes on the fast roads from both the airport and corniche.
There are a variety hotels near ADNEC, with some just five minutes away. The two hotels located onsite are the Hyatt Capital Gate and the Aloft Abu Dhabi, both of which become very busy with exhibitors and organisers due to their excellent locations.
For the hotels further afield you will find that during many of the large events that some of the downtown Abu Dhabi hotels are serviced by a shuttle bus service make it easier for visitors.
Hotels near ADNEC
Hotels in Abu Dhabi tend to be four or five star deluxe properties, that includes those downtown, at the airport and those hotels near ADNEC too.
There are a small number of budget three star hotels but we would recommend that these only be used by the budget traveller.
Hotel prices are very competitive, especially those hotels near ADNEC, so you should be able to find great value in the city. During expos the hotels will try to raise their rates but we are normally able to still bring you some excellent low rates through hotel desk.
The exhibition centre provides the perfect venue for large domestic and international expos such as the Abu Dhabi Book Fair. In addition, the venue has become famous in the region for being able to host both the high profile, large-scale exhibitions while at the same time able to host smaller specialist shows too. The facilities are very flexible and provide a first class service to all that visit or exhibit there.
Do not forget that whilst in Abu Dhabi that Dubai is just a 45 minute drive away too. Great excuse for a fun shopping side trip.
