Information Provided By You

The personally identifiable information you provide on the Expedia booking engine is shared with Hotel Desk in order for us to track and provide assistance with your hotel reservation. Hotel Desk does not share your information with any third party. Your information will be used in dealing with any enquiry you may have or to send you occasional updates regarding special offers, new Hotel Desk services or other noteworthy news items.  These updates are normally sent no more than four times per calendar year. Should you not wish to receive updates you are free to unsubscribe at any time.

Opt-Out

Should you no longer wish to receive our newsletter and promotional communications you may opt-out of receiving these communications by replying to the email with unsubscribe in the subject line or by clicking the link contained within our email.

Log Files

Like many other Web sites, hotel-desk.net makes use of log files. 2. Exclusion of Liability in Relation to Use

2.4   Hotel Desk will not be liable for any loss suffered by you as a result of any breach of this agreement or failure to secure your booking due to circumstances beyond its control or if such breach or failure is the fault of the accommodation. It is specifically agreed that Hotel Desk shall not be liable to you for any consequential loss, loss of profit or indirect damages whatsoever.

2.5   Subject to the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998 Hotel Desk reserves the right to supply your details to accommodation to assist accommodation in any claim it may have against you for non-payment of any charges including but not limited to non-arrival charges in connection with your booking.

2.6   Bookings are for accommodation (and meals if included in the rate) only. You are responsible for arranging and paying for transport, insurance, meals and all other services which form part of your stay at accommodation.

2.7   The failure by either party to enforce at any time or for any period any one or more of the terms or conditions of this agreement shall not be a waiver of them or of the right at any time subsequently to enforce all terms and conditions of this agreement.

2.8   Each of these Terms and Conditions shall be construed separately and if any of them or any part of them shall be held to be void or unenforceable but would be valid or enforceable if part of the wording thereof were deleted such Term and Condition shall apply with such deletion as may be necessary.

2.9   This agreement is made in England and governed by English law and subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Court.
